Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Ironwood Stone Farms is an agricultural business based around Albuquerque, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and grower contracts. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
