Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Westbrook Meadow Medical designs and makes medical devices in Atlanta, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
