Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Northwind Sable Manufacturing is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 394 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer orders. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
