Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Union Foods and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. You would join a small organisation of about 97 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and ingredient orders. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
