Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Westbrook Iron Pharma is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 842 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
