Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Cedar Willow Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Toledo, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and warranty claims. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
