Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Rivermark Lantern Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Louisville. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and service appointments. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
