Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Summit Meridian Foods Group is a Toledo food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer specifications. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
