Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Cedar Birch Foods is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for sanitation schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 136 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and sanitation schedules. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
