Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Fernwood Sable Manufacturing makes precision components in Miami. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. You would join a small organisation of about 122 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and tooling. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
