Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Westbrook Solutions supplies farm and food customers across the Minneapolis region. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. You would join a small organisation of about 110 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and cold storage. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
