Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Fernwood Basin Foods Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and production batches. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
