Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Bright Granite Manufacturing is a Raleigh manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. You would join a small organisation of about 77 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer orders. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
