Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Fernwood Quill Farms is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 239 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and seasonal crews. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with seasonal crews. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
