Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Haven Medical and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
