Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Bright Haven Pharma is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
