Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Rivermark Corner Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Atlanta. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and device records. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
