Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Beacon Press Partners and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and proofing. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with proofing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
