Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Summit Pike Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in San Antonio producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
