Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Amberfield Corner Auto Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 133 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer estimates. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
