Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Amberfield Lantern Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Cincinnati region. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and parts orders. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
