Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Redstone Union Foods is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer specifications. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
