Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Highbridge Nest Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Boston, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. You would join a small organisation of about 189 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and warranty claims. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
