Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Thistle Press and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and proofing. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with proofing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
