Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Bluepeak Nest Press produces print and digital publications in New Orleans, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and press runs. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with press runs. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
