Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Bluepeak Maple Manufacturing Group is a Boise manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and scrap and rework. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
