Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Redstone Meadow Pharma is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
