Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Stonegate Lantern Pharma is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
