Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Westbrook Fox Auto Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and warranty claims. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
