Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Rowan Farms and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and harvest schedules. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
