Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Silverline Lantern Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Boston. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. You would join a large organisation of about 827 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and supplier deliveries. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
