Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Highbridge Sable Press Partners is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for bindery work, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and bindery work. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with bindery work. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
