Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Rivermark Corner Manufacturing is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and tooling. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
