Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Stonegate Hollow Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Wichita region, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and packing house output. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
