Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Vista Auto Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and vehicle inspections. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
