Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Greenridge Willow Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Des Moines. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and warranty claims. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
