Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Corner Auto Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer estimates. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
