Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Highbridge River Press Group produces print and digital publications in Chicago. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and print quotes. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with print quotes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
