Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Summit North Pharma is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
