Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Summit Timber Press is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer orders. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
