Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Silverline River Manufacturing is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and scrap and rework. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
