Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Bright Orchard Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Tampa, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. You would join a large organisation of about 428 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and harvest schedules. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
