Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Union Foods Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and cold storage. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
