Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Fox Press and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and paper stock. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
