Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Summit Iron Pharma Partners is a pharmaceutical company in Salt Lake City producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. You would join a small organisation of about 102 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and cleanroom operations. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
