Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Ironwood Amber Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Madison, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
