Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Nova Cobalt Pharma is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
