Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Amberfield Fox Auto Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and supplier deliveries. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
