Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Bluepeak Pike Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Anchorage. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
