Production Supervisor - line performance (remote)

Lumen Wilder Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Toledo. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
